宫廷铜鎏金据藏传佛典记载，信众修行狮吼文殊法门，能极速通达各种语言和过目成诵的智慧，消除各种无明，因而得到广大藏传佛教信众的崇奉。此尊挽高发髻，以枝蔓状发箍绑束，头戴五叶冠。面相方阔，额头高广，眉目清秀，嘴角含笑。上身躯体袒露，佩戴各种钏镯配饰。双手于胸前结法印，两侧肩饰华丽，上置经书和宝剑，为文殊菩萨的标志法器。下身着短裙，双腿结游戏坐姿，骑在回望狮吼之上，下承莲花宝座。整像形制规整，雕刻细腻，带有清代内地造像的典型艺术特征，且所用铜材质也符合内地造像的用铜习惯，是一尊清代内地造像代表作品。
