蒙古铜鎏金无量寿佛为藏传佛教五方佛陀中的西方尊，据《无量寿经》所述，其﹃威神光明，最尊第一﹄。此尊挽柱状高发髻，以单片叶冠绑束，两边各有一绺头发搭于两肩。面庞方圆，双目微阖，微微含笑，容貌慈悲而庄严。上身躯体袒露，肌体匀称且富有力度，络腋斜绕胸前而过。胸前佩戴项链及璎珞，双手腹前施禅定印，掌中捧有贲巴宝瓶。双腿结跏趺端坐，下承方形折角台座，背后有火焰头光和身光。整像胎体厚重，金色亮丽，造型大方，形制规整，其艺术特征承袭自尼泊尔早期艺术，为晚期仿古造像之杰作。
