此尊铜鎏金燃灯佛面相饱满，面貌刻画清晰，棱角分明，双目微闭，鼻梁直挺，双耳垂肩，温和端详。身着通肩袈裟，其上錾刻细密的花纹。右胸及右臂袒露，双手于胸前结转说法印。双腿结金刚跏趺坐，所穿佛裙覆至脚踝，袈裟边缘和下摆均阴刻有精美花纹。仰式莲花座工整大方，莲瓣挺拔有力。佛身等肌肤之处上以泥金装饰，眼睛口唇发髻上色，其余服饰则全部鎏金，以表现不同的质感。制作精致整体造像端庄大方，比例结构精准。给人以神圣庄严之感。
