此瓶撇口，长直颈，瓶腹呈四方形，八角倭起，撇圈足。俯瞰之器形形似钻石，小巧精致。通身青花缠枝花卉纹装饰，花卉的外轮廓采用青花料重笔点染，是模仿宣德青花的苏料呈色效果。近瓶口处绘一圈弦纹，颈两侧装饰兽首形双耳，平添古意，使得瓶虽小却不失精致。
