莲花手菩萨是观世音菩萨众多化身之一，因手持莲花而得名。此尊观音头戴五叶宝冠，目光下敛，嘴角略露微笑，形像生动，现和煦慈悲之态，面容极为俊美。上身袒露，胸部饱满，宽肩束腰丰臀，体态圆浑，身躯呈三折枝式微微左倾，颈前饰璎珞，华美异常，加强身体弧曲的视觉效果，更为婀娜多姿。右手弯曲结与愿印，左手拈一枝莲花，半开敷于左肩旁，这是莲花手菩萨的象征，代表清净与智慧。
