本品直口，弧腹，通体施白釉，外壁绘八子庭院婴戏纹。婴戏图在瓷器中运用始见于成窑青花大碗之上，为旷世名品，后嘉靖御瓷延续烧造。 本品端庄典雅，胎体轻薄坚致，釉面光洁莹润，外壁主题纹饰为八子婴戏图，八子衣饰不同，神态各异，嬉戏于庭院祥云、山水栏杆、花草树木之间，天真烂漫、童趣盎然。绘画精细入微，神形俱佳，青花总体淡雅别致，并与局部青花分水相互交映，呈现康熙瓷器募古怀今的艺术神韵。
