筒瓶是崇祯时期的典型器形，此件束颈直腹，呈直筒形，造型挺拔，口沿及胫部暗刻纹饰，均为这一时期的标准形制，晚明时期时局动荡，此种造型也寓有“天下一统”的良好祝愿。本品主题为仙人吕洞宾与一渔夫对话纹饰，但见以渔夫左手持鱼杆，右手提鱼，神情愉悦，吕洞宾背有宝剑，神态安详，正与鱼夫交谈。不远处嶙峋怪石，远山中日，草木葱郁，意蕴悠长；青花发色明丽，绘制细腻，秀丽雅致，所绘岩石，颇具质感，青花发色鲜妍夺目，分水技法细腻，笔触纤巧精致，状物有神，人物形象刻画得栩栩如生，衣褶折叠错落之处尤见功力，实为陈设赏玩佳品。
