剑为古代贵族和战士随身佩戴用以自卫防身进行格斗的兵器，春秋战国时期，人们佩剑还有表示等级身份的意思。本品为东周青铜剑，剑身中部隆起有脊，从斜而宽，前刃收狭，剑格薄，方茎。整器光素无纹，线条流畅，一气呵成，毫无粉饰之感，品相完好，乃不可多得之珍品。来源：王季迁旧藏
