大黑天为上师、本尊、护法三根本之护法神，是藏传佛教中极为重要的神祇，被藏传佛教各教所礼敬和崇奉。此像一面六臂，呈站立姿势。顶竖象征忿怒的红发，浓密高大，似头冠一般，剑眉纵立，三目圆鼓，尖牙呲露，颌续卷须，呈忿怒相。胸前饰璎珞，腹部缀以法轮。前两手于胸前做捧持状；后四手向外伸展，结期克法印。下着长裙，层次分明，质感厚重。整像金色绚丽，形象生动，其制作工艺具有典型的蒙古地区造像特点。且此尊造像展现了财神象征的白六臂大黑天形象，其宗教寓意吉祥，更兼品相一流，实为不可多得的收藏首选
