高6.08cm；宽4.37cm；厚0.65cm
白玉质，通体温润光洁，带有沁色和老脏旧。器呈长方形，双面雕刻，首部雕云头纹饰，中开穿孔。牌双面均碾琢腊梅一枝，或含苞，或怒放，花叶或舒或卷，枝干风神峭拔，挺劲潇洒，梅花错落有致，梅开枝头，花蕾并茂，仿佛梅影清香扑面而来，两面分别刻“曾是罗浮一树春”、“淡妆颜色更无伦”，字迹工整隽永。梅花一直被民间作为传春报喜的吉祥象征，又常为文人高士以其高风亮节、傲骨坚韧而自喻，凌寒留香，铁骨冰心，可谓中华民族精神的象征。整件玉牌形制规整，选料上乘，雕工极为精细考究，底面打磨平整，抛光细腻匀净，具有清宫造办处风格特征，实为一件清代乾隆时期的玉牌精品。
