此尊观音面容丰满方阔，双眼微阖，弯弯的细眉稍微上扬，眉宇间精气尽显，且带着些许肃穆，表佛国庄严。正面看，观音神情平静，若沉思，眉头直连着鼻梁，具有神性的面容蕴含着一股神秘感。侧面看则亲和了许多，微阖的双目与上扬的嘴角皆显露笑意。
头戴风帽，发前云形发饰，上身披双领下垂式袈裟，胸部饰璎珞长链，布满袒露的前胸，显得端庄大气。下着高束腰长裙，腹前绶带打结，天衣衣纹流畅，衣褶垂搭柔和自然，营造出真实的质感，且不乏线条的硬朗感，生动自如，造工可见一斑。
