款识：“大清康熙年制”六字双行楷书款
此杯微撇口，深腹，圈足，胎壁薄如纸，釉色莹润似玉。底青花双圈内书“大清康熙年制”六字双行楷书款。杯上所书诗句“素艳雪凝树，清香风满枝”撷自唐人许浑的《闻薛先辈陪大夫看早梅因寄》，对照一旁青花五彩绘梅花，更增风雅逸趣。
十二花神杯是康熙年间御窑厂烧制的成套时令酒具，根据传统花朝节的传说，选取百花中代表农历十二个月份的月令花卉绘制而成，有青花和五彩两种，素来被誉为康熙朝瓷器珍品。
