此炉由精铜制成，局部鎏金，略呈方形，四角圆鼓，下承四乳足，形制玲珑秀巧。四壁于口沿下方雕蝠纹，寓福满临门；器身中部以凸起弦纹相隔，分上下两层，四角缀饰连珠璎珞纹，中间为一对弓字夔龙，颇似黼黻文章，组成一个“囍”字。另两侧倒置则组成一个“羊”字，通“祥”，大吉之意。
古人“凡图必有意，其意必吉祥”，此炉完美诠释。持之坠手，色泽光亮，包浆莹润，形制小巧。炉底中央于双边榄内落六字篆书铸款“大清乾隆年制”，底平字峻，比例匀称，剔刻精细，极为工整，工艺细腻精湛，线条刚柔并济，纹饰游刃有致，颇富雅风古韵。
