此尊造像融合了藏传佛教和汉地造像特徵，冠叶细长，额头平直，眉毛细长，与鼻脊相连，眉间有白毫，双目细长，微合垂视，嘴角微微上扬，神韵内敛宁静。饰圆环状实心耳铛，帔帛绕臂後垂落于双臂外侧。仰覆莲座风格古朴，莲瓣较厚，整齐排列。封底刻有十字金刚杵图案。造像雍容大气，沉稳庄重，有鲜明的承继永宣宫廷造像风格的特徵，整器铸造工艺精湛，应为明代中期铸造汉藏造像之佳作。
