“大明康熙年制”青花六字两行楷书款
器呈直筒形，直口，深腹，外底中心内凹呈玉璧形。底部书有“大清康熙年制”楷书款，外壁通体施洒蓝釉，釉色幽深蔚蓝。笔筒是文房用具之一，质地有瓷、玉、铜、牙、竹等。瓷质笔筒始见于三国两晋时期，有青釉制品。清代康熙年间，政通人和，文化昌盛，瓷制笔筒的生产也达到了鼎盛时期。洒蓝釉为明代宣德时创烧的一种低温釉，釉中含有钴蓝料，采用吹釉工艺而成，釉面浓淡不一，浅蓝色地上散布着深蓝色点，犹如散落的蓝色水滴，故称为“洒蓝”或“雪花蓝”。清康熙时期的洒蓝釉瓷为高温色釉，器物造型丰富多样。
