此尊造像展现了弥勒佛引导众生往生极乐的庄严法相。佛尊头具高肉髻，肉髻硕大高耸，饰有螺发。面呈方圆，额头高广素洁，眉目清秀，鼻梁高挺，俊秀非凡。躯体肌肉富有弹性，着袒右肩袈裟，袈裟紧贴身体，展现出肌肉的起伏线条。双手结说法印，左肩上饰有贲巴宝瓶，为此尊的典型标志。匀称的双腿自然垂落，双足着地，端坐在层迭的方形须弥座上。整像优雅灵动的造型，细腻精致的工艺，堪称明代西藏造像艺术风采的完美展现。
