毗湿奴为印度教三相神之一，梵天主管“创造”、湿婆主掌“毁灭”，而毗湿奴即是“维护”之神。据传，毗湿奴性格温和，对信仰虔诚的信徒能够施予恩惠，而且常化身成各种形象拯救危难的世界。此尊发髻高耸，顶置牟尼宝，戴三角形小叶冠。面庞方正，含有笑意，额部形似弯弓。上身躯体富有力度感，带有牙饰项链，佩戴钏镯等配饰，四臂分持法轮、权杖、海螺和莲花。下身着短裙，站立于莲花座上。莲座两侧为毗湿奴两位妻子：吉祥天女和大地女神。下承多折角方形台座，背后有舟形火焰背光。整像铜质莹润，造型精美，艺术特点非常鲜明，将帕拉风格造像的艺术魅力展现地淋漓尽致。
