元末文人孔克齊在《靜齋至正直記》中記載了靈璧石帶給他的感受：“靈璧石最為美玩，或小二奇峰列壑，可置幾玩著尤好。其大則盈數尺，置之花園庭幾之前，又是一段清致。”南宋趙希鵠云：“此石能收香，齋閣中有之則如香雲終日盤旋不散。”靈璧石多取其玲瓏可愛，能夠放在幾案上把玩的形制最得文人心意。諺語中有看靈璧石之法，曰“瘦、縐、透。”這座靈璧石擺件取其自然形態，其上峰巒連綿、孔竅貫通，色澤濃黑，宛若鐵鑄雲海，又如微開菡萏，叩之聲音清越有如金玉。乃是上乘雅物，令人百看不厭。 尺寸：30×38×27cm
