张伏山（1910—1987），名存恒，号横河老人，即墨城阁里人，中国美术家协会山东分会会员，著名指画、国画家。二十四岁拜师济南关友声先生，学习山水画艺术。二十六岁北上京华，入李苦禅先生门下学艺，五十岁后又拜俞剑华先生为师，画艺益精。美术理论界赞誉他的艺术为“逸品”，和陈子庄、黄秋园、梁崎、张朋、梁天柱一起被誉为二十世纪在野派隐逸“六大家”。
