此瓶风气卓然，时代特征鲜明，以精铜为材铸造，盘口，细长颈稍束，，颈腹浑为一线，线条柔美，腹下微垂，底承外撇高圈足。颈部两侧置吞把式双龙耳，塑造颇为典型，独角后倚，双耳贴附瓶颈，双目圆凸，符合元代龙纹特征，口吐圈把，环扣有力。双耳间带状开光内饰云雷纹地，其上为兽面纹，阔口咧张，神秘威严。肩部双弦纹内刻仿古纹，纹饰布局繁缛不乱，与余部光素的器身形成比对。
整器形制古雅，气度严谨，加之包浆滋润，富沉穆之感，纹饰布局简约，尤其在双龙的塑造上，立体感颇佳，工艺精湛，为元代仿古铜瓶佳作。
