|此牌形制小巧，以白玉雕琢而成，玉质晶莹剔透，几无瑕疵，包浆自然温润。牌身两面雕工，正面额首浮雕双夔龙向背，两夔龙身躯各向两端上下延伸，交于底端，形成开光。顶部有莲花一朵，其下开孔。牌身外起凸弦边框，边框内减地一层，平整的地子上，复以压地隐起技法，浅浮雕松下高士图。背面开光内减地阳刻诗文。行笔流畅飘逸，颇具笔墨韵致，与正面图案相得益彰。此类子冈款玉牌是清代牌饰中翘楚，其往往以精美的玉料，高超的玉雕技法，将绘画、书法与印章艺术融入到玉牌之中，方寸之间，气象万千。
