长5.5cm；宽4.4cm
|牌身扁平，稍随形，上琢一孔可供穿系。玉料洁白，内间黑质。牌身正面浮雕人物，一长者提笔，似临壁挥毫，身旁一童子相随，双手捧砚。周围山石林立，苍松点翠，浮云缭绕，更有一苍龙盘绕云间。匠者巧思，以黑色巧作龙身及砚台，可谓匠心独运。另一面阴刻隶书诗文，文曰：“画到神情灵妙处，墨龙飞出砚池云”，尾落“丙子春日西湖斋”款，尤为难得。诗文与画面相合，正是相得益彰。
