说 明： 勤民楼，在伪满洲国皇宫缉熙楼之北。为一幢二层方形圈楼，中间为方形天井，南北门相通，南为承光门。楼名取清皇室《祖训》“敬天法祖，勤政爱民”之义。承光门东侧南房，为日本帝国主义者直接控制溥仪的“帝室”。二楼东南为正殿，即勤民殿，西南为西偏殿，西为健行斋，北为祠堂。勤民殿系“登极”和接见外国使节的场所。始建于1914年，现今为长春市旅游景点。这两枚印章，采用赛璐璐为材，即塑料的古称，形状和印文内容一次成型，字体烫金，彰显等级，子口清晰。为溥仪登基时纪念，为数不多，极为罕见，属于独特历史背景下的特殊遗存，值得关注。
