张洁人，1930年生。上海文史馆馆员。斋号未迟斋。早年毕业于启明艺专。师从王个簃，为入室弟子。
张洁人擅长篆书，承吴昌硕石鼓文余绪，并结合大小二篆，以苍劲古朴见长。用笔浑厚刚健，笔势静蕴含蓄，潇洒遒劲，结构严谨。作品笔墨浑厚刚健，潇洒遒劲。
