张大千（1899年5月10日～1983年4月2日），四川内江人，原名张正权，又名爰，字季爰，号大千，别号大千居士。张大千是二十世纪中国画坛影响巨大，又最为传奇的国画大师，在绘画、书法、篆刻、诗词方面都有一定造诣。早期专心研习古人书画，特别在山水画实践和理论方面颇有建树。后旅居海外，画风工写结合，重彩、水墨融为一体，尤其是开创泼墨与泼彩，发展了中国画新的艺术风格。由于其技法独到，创立了名闻的大风堂画派，俗称“大千画派”。
