冯忠莲(1918年9月—2001年5月)，著名女画家，古画临摹师祖籍广东顺德，是中国现代国画巨擎陈少梅先生的夫人和得意门生。1954年正式到荣宝斋工作，1972年10月调入故宫博物院。是中国美术家协会最早的会员之一，曾任辅仁大学美术研究会顾问、中国美术家协会会员、中国画研究会会员、中央文史研究馆馆员。
