此尊上乐金刚像，呈展立姿势，足下仰覆莲花座。头戴五智冠，四面十二臂，主臂左手持金刚铃，右手持金刚杵，同时拥抱明妃金刚亥母，其余各手伸向两侧，手中持斧、钺刀、戟、骷髅杖、金刚索、金刚钩、人头等法器。所拥明妃金刚亥母，头戴骷髅冠，右手拿金刚杵，左手托着颅碗，双腿夹盘于主尊腰间。造像主尊象征普遍法界的慈悲，明妃则代表卓越非凡的智慧，修得“悲智合一”的圆满境界。整尊金铜造像，鎏金淳厚，形体优美，錾刻技艺卓绝，为清代鎏金佛造像巅峰之作，弥足珍贵。
