准提佛母，为观音化身，身形三目十八臂，三目代表佛眼、法眼、慧眼，表示不纵不横三谛一如平等义，为理智事三点，佛部、金刚部、莲花部之总摄。准提菩萨是一位感应甚强、对崇敬者至为关怀的大菩萨，更是三世诸佛之母，他的福德智慧无量，功德广大、感应至深，满足众生世间、出世间的愿望，无微不至的守护众生。 该件准提菩萨面相精美，微含笑意，神情愉悦，头戴繁复宝冠，细眉高翘，双目低垂，表情沉静，眉间刻第三眼。耳配大耳铛下坠锥形挂坠，主臂双手于胸前，结三昧耶印，最下两臂于腹前结禅印，其余七对手臂持法器对称分布于身体两侧。
