佛母三面八臂，每面三目，微露笑意，结跏趺安坐。面容慈祥，头戴宝冠，耳下坠耳铛，八臂位置、手势各异，手持法器皆迭失，仅存一臂托阿弥陀佛。佛母身形健美，腰肢纤细，具有女性的独特抚媚。项圈、璎珞、手镯、臂钏、腰带等饰物一应俱全，制作极为精细。上身袒露，下着薄裙，衣纹流畅自然，充满轻柔质感。莲座铜制，外表鎏金，为仰覆束腰式，此种莲座颇具扎纳巴扎尔风格特征，莲瓣宽扁，莲尖卷翘。艺水平极高，整尊造像鎏金浓郁，精准的造型比例，让整体造像完美和谐，崇尚肉体本身的表现力而又超凡脱俗。
