Description

William Comyns & Sons, a set of six Art Nouveau silver spoons in original shaped and fitted case Mark of William Comyns & Sons, London hallmarks 1900 Each having an oval bowl with open work terminals depicting a maiden picking a fruit Spoons 11.5 cm long, case 30 cm long (6) Rubbing to decoration and makers marks and some wear on the bowls and the stems. Case - inside the base is covered in a fine green velvet that has a few marks and some aging to edges and outlines. The silk on the top is marked and stained. Exterior of case is scuffed and scraped with some peeling - the underside worn and with losses.
