本尊观音呈立像姿态，面部丰满圆润，眉目慈祥传神，发髻高盘于头顶，戴发饰于其上。左手持莲，右手结与愿印，动态自然柔美。身披纱衣，衣褶层层迭迭，错落有致。纱衣随观音身躯姿态微向左侧飘扬，刻画入微，有吴带当风之韵味。背光内刻缠枝花卉纹，体现出精湛的雕工。整尊观音像和背光都置于莲花宝座之上，造型大气，令人心生敬畏。用料考究奢侈，刻工高超，颇为难得。
