A pair of Worcester earthenware candelabra, in the style of Saint-Porchaire, 19th century
Charles Toft specialized in the production of "Saint Porchaire" for Minton in the 1860s and 1870s and then for Wedgwood. A pair of candelabra is kept in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, illustrated in J. Bourne and V. Brett, "L'art du luminaire", Paris, 1992, p. 213, fig. 699.
