器表大面積受沁呈棕色，少部分還露有原本的白色玉料。體扁，扇面形，成對，紋飾相同。兩端琢為龍首形，圓眼，卷鼻，張口，全器邊緣刻有凸起輪廓線，器身浮雕臥蠶紋，中間飾有一突出方框，框內雕琢紋飾。上有一鑽孔，可供系帶。玉璜是中國古代重要的器形之一，產生時間早，數量也多。西周時期已多見雙龍首，至春秋時期，運用隱起的雕刻技法表現紋飾，戰國之後加人更多變化，工藝達到新高峰。本器應為春秋末、戰國初期的作品，帶有春秋常見的琢磨工藝又加人新的設計風格。
