Clark writes: "House of Assembly, February 22, 1764, This Bill having been three times read in the House of Representatives, is passed." The opposite side bears a section of the manuscript text of the act. In fine condition, with trimmed edges and a small tear to the top edge. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from JSA.
