溥杰，清皇室成员，乳名“誉格”，字“俊之”，号“秉藩”，清朝末代皇帝爱新觉罗·溥仪的同母弟。溥杰生于北京清皇室醇亲王府，溥杰的祖父为道光帝七子、咸丰帝之弟醇贤亲王爱新觉罗·奕譞，伯父为光绪帝，其父醇亲王爱新觉罗·载沣是光绪帝爱新觉罗·载湉之五弟，为清末监国摄政王，母亲苏完瓜尔佳·幼兰是正白旗瓜尔佳氏荣禄（即戊戌变法中的朝廷重臣荣禄）之女。生前为中国书法家协会名誉理事，全国人大民族委员会副主任委员。
