静观此炉，扁宽稳重，身姿典雅，丰腴富贵。敛口，卷圆唇，短直颈，扁圆状鼓腹，底部附三个乳状短足，肥润坚实 冲天耳，圆口，三乳足，造型周正圆浑，铜质厚实，沉实压手，器底方框内减地阳文刻“大明宣德年制”异体篆书款，沿口、炉壁至底膛等厚，是明代制作之特点。整器铜质优良，造型古朴典雅，制作精细，纹饰精致，工艺精湛，是宣炉当中的上上品，殊为难得。
