款识：大明宣德年制 |此壶侈盘口，细长颈，溜肩垂腹，下承高圈足，足底外侈。壶把壶嘴细而纤长，造型极为纤巧美观，端庄优雅。形似脆弱，不忍触手。壶嘴与壶颈之间连接一段缠枝，以加强脆弱细长的壶嘴的受力。整器饰蓝釉，色泽深邃犹如宝石。釉下暗刻缠枝纹，颈部暗刻蕉叶纹一周，在通透的釉色下若隐若现。正面腹部有一水滴形开光，镂雕海水云龙纹，黄龙碧海，气派华美。底书“大明万历年制”双方楷书款。
