银莲花手菩萨在早期造像作品中较为常见，其一般为立姿，左手于身侧持莲茎，右手于胸前平伸持无畏印。头顶部帽冠中央有一禅定印化佛。菩萨腹部肌肉隆起，有明显的早期造像特征。本像作为一件极为罕见的早期造像除了寻常莲花手菩萨常见的图像学特征外还有一些特点值得特别予以注意：1.本像通体为纯银铸造，这在早期莲花手造像中相当少见，银表面有自然锈蚀痕迹。2.菩萨两耳铛装饰方法不一，其一为同心圆样式，一为花朵样式。3.本像从身姿比例看具有多地区艺术风貌融合的特点，其当不是西藏地区作坊所制，推测其可能受到了一定程度东南亚地区佛教艺术的影响。
