青玉玉料，玉質清透，器緣帶有白色沁斑。本器上方鏤雕一螭龍，水滴形眼，張口露齒，獨角後伸、服貼於頂，角後延伸一卷紋，連至螭身。螭龍昂首挺胸，四足有力站於頂端，運用淺浮雕展現飽滿肌肉，螭身細琢紋飾。玉珮呈不規則形，下端為一鳳鳥造型，長頸以綯索紋裝飾，勾喙誇張的延伸勾起，設計相當獨特。 戰國時期玉雕造型千變萬化，螭龍、鳳鳥姿態萬變，創新突破。本器構圖別出心裁，將寓意美好、吉祥的兩瑞獸巧妙結合，手法大膽新穎，活靈活現的動態感深具時代風格。
