马骏 生于天津。1998年毕业于天津美术学院中国画系，现任教于天津美术学院中国画学院人物系。从1999年至今，先后在北京、南京、济南、扬州、杭州、香港、郑州、上海、烟台、天津、成都等地和德国、意大利等国家参加群体展或举办个展。作品《智取生辰纲》入选第九届全国美展（1999年），《屏障》入选纪念“讲话”60周年全国美展（2002年），《清凉处》获第二届中国国际青年艺术周当代青年艺术家精英提名展精英奖（2009年）。出版有《好画家书系·马骏卷》（四川美术出版社）、《年度水墨·2009·马骏》（河北美术出版社）等，历年来作品先后发表于《美术观察》、《中国画艺术年鉴》、《画风》、《品逸》、《东方艺术》等专业刊物。
