Description

仁德大和尚 释仁德，俗名李德海。11岁时往泰州太尉庵依松琴长老出家，1948年于南京古林寺求授三坛大戒，随后多方参学。1958年朝礼九华山,住持九华山后山九子寺。1965年任九华山佛教协会副会长兼秘书长。文化大革命期间为佛教生产大队领导之一，率领广大僧尼自耕自食，兼行医治病，广利众生。1978年后当选为安徽省暨九华山佛教协会会长、九华山佛学院首任院长、九华山祇园寺方丈。发愿建造99米地藏菩萨大铜像，1999年9月9日大铜像举行奠基仪式。
