胡秋萍 女，生于河南开封。中国国家画院研究员，国家一级美术师。中国书法家协会理事、中国书法家协会草书委员会委员、中国书法家协会书法培训中心教授、北京大学书法艺术研究所客座教授。其书法作品曾参加全国第三、四、五、六、七届书法篆刻展览和全国第三、四、五、六、七、八届中青年书法篆刻展览，四川巴蜀点兵——现代书法展，中国美术馆首届当代名家书法提名展等。入选首届《书法》杂志“中国书法方阵——寻找30家当代优秀范本”。 获全国中青年第三届书法篆刻展优秀奖、中国书法家协会“德艺双馨”会员等荣誉和称号, 在《中国书法报》2016年度遴选活动中，被评为“当代十大女性书法家”。
