高度 3.7 宽度 2.3 cm
黃綠玉質，器表留有深淺不一的赭色沁斑。兩方圓印成組，皆打磨為矮短的圓柱狀，玉印上方一則浮雕螭龍，另一則為鳳鳥，印體打磨細密，光素無紋，利於盈握把持。下方印面得見陽刻印文，字體浮凸，輪廓分明。印章源於商代，多為銅印，而玉印則出現於戰國。印章初為私人的表徵之物，並無嚴格的等級劃分，但自秦始，天子以玉為印，並稱之為璽。漢代沿襲秦制，仍以玉為璽，規定皇帝、皇后以及諸侯王的用印，統稱為璽，而官吏及平民所用私印，只可稱印。考古所見的秦漢玉印多為簡潔易製的覆斗狀方印，即上小下大，如斗倒合，並有繫綬之孔洞，類此圓印則多見銅質製作，以玉為之者，較為罕見。
