白玉玉料，局部帶黃赭斑，深淺略有不同。玉雕主題為一鯰魚，魚眼細雕成橢圓形，器表浮雕鯰魚紋路、鬍鬚，精巧可愛。因「鯰」之諧音「年」，而有年年有餘、年年如意等吉祥寓意，故在清代玉雕中時可見類此帶美好祝願的題材，如在清宮舊藏中即有一年年如意珮，係採雙鯰魚並列為主題的玉雕，收納於竹雕瓜形盒內。本器打磨細製，光華內蘊，器表的沁斑更是增添古韻，亦是討喜。參閱 香港佳士得，2016/11/30，Lot3448《清18世紀白玉年年有餘玉珮》，長:7公分，委託價HK 260,000-350,000。
