Description

阿巴雅卡拉古达出生在印度东部西孟加拉邦的高尔市，活跃于11世纪晚期至12世纪早期，于1125年去世。他年轻的时候曾去过印度中部的马加达（Magadha），在那里他学习了五门佛教课程，并以佛学家的身份而众所周知。阿巴雅卡拉古达造像存世并不多，见此尊精铜铸造而成，通体鎏金，阿巴雅卡拉古达右手于胸前结说法印，左手撑扶莲花宝座，头梳高髻，长发辫起顺肩而下，上身裸露，下着长裙，游戏坐姿于高束腰仰覆莲之上，披帛搭肩而过，绕臂向两侧飘扬，神采奕奕，颇为写实。
