螺钿，一名甸嵌，一名陷蚌，一名坎螺，即螺填也。百般文图，点、抹、钩、条，总以精细密致如画为妙。又分截壳色，随彩而施缀者，光华可赏。又有片嵌者，界郭理皴皆以划文。又近有加沙者，沙有粗细 。此件香几平面长方，向下渐收，高束腰，四腿三弯，足部卷似如意云。整器黑漆为底，其上满工嵌螺钿装饰。所饰场面宏大，生动传神。近景有小桥流水，花草山石。仔细观看，每个细节刻画到位，一丝不苟，分毫毕现。人物惟妙惟肖，栩栩如生。通体华丽，美不胜收。
