十一面观音，为六观音之一，主救济阿修罗道，给众生以除病、灭罪、增福之现世利益，是一位能够除恶导善、引众生入佛道的菩萨。此尊正面顶层为阿弥陀佛像，是为修大乘众生所作的说法相；其下四层面相各异，分别是为不同类众生说法而显现的面相。主面头戴五叶冠饰，面相方圆，表情安详，展现了观音菩萨救度众生的慈悲与关爱。上身躯体劲健，项圈、长链、耳环、手镯、臂钏装饰全身，帔帛自两肩垂顺而下。两主臂于胸前双手合十，右边三臂分别持念珠（已失）、法轮（已失）、施无畏印；左边三臂分执莲花、弓箭（已失）、净水瓶（已失）。下身着宽松长裙，腰间缀有璎珞，双脚以站立姿态，立于仰覆莲座之上。整像铜质细腻，包浆醇厚，其艺术表现尚带有早期后藏地区造像的艺术遗韵，但细节上更趋精细齐整，应为清代仿古造像的绝佳作品。
