铜盘广口，折沿，浅腹，弧壁，平底，圈足。通体施珐琅浅蓝色珐琅釉为地，盘心一圈鎏金弦纹做圆形开光，开光内以蓝、红、白、绿、黄等珐琅釉色掐饰腾龙纹，器壁内外掐饰飞凤、仙鹤纹饰。盘底部满饰祥云纹，层层叠叠，中央开窗，白地祥云纹，掐饰朱红楷书“大明万历年造”六字楷书款识。另盘口、足墙复饰以鎏金。全器纹饰疏密有度，清雅瑰丽，寓意吉祥美好。
