此尊观音立像为铁铸，其头戴风帽，身着通肩宽袖衲衣，颈脖及上胸袒露，下着高束腰长裙，衣纹折迭密集流畅，颇有厚重感。观音面庞丰腴，五官刻画简明，但其静谧的神态依旧生动传神。身躯微微前倾，双手相交与腹前，姿态与唐代画圣吴道子笔下的观音极为相似，风格明显，写实而具有艺术感染力。
整尊观音质地精良细密，铸胎厚重，塑造体态丰腴，面相安详恬静，神、形、气面面俱到，铸造水平代表了元代人物雕塑的典型。
