Tête de "Hari Hara"divinitébinant les caractéristiques des dieux de la Trimurti " Shiva et Vishnu" ,une moitié de la coiffure porte la tiare conique et le diadème de Vishnu,l'autre moitié est coiffée du chignon d'ascète.Le visage très doux et sensuel,le menton carré,avec barbe et moustache indiquées uniquement par un simple tracé en accolade,les lèvres sensuelles au sourire mystérieux typique,les yeux simplement dessinés au trait et légèrement excavés.Pierre grès gris foncé « grain de soie » .Cambodge.Khmer .Site du Baphuon.11ème siècle.Provenance : Ancienne collection française depuis deux générations.( environs 1965 / 70 ) Etat de conservation exceptionnel.Quelques petits éclats au diadème et au lobe d’une oreille.Rarissime vestige de la statuaire du Baphuon.17cm.Head of "Hari Hara" deitybining the characteristics of the Trimurti gods "Shiva and Vishnu", one half of the headdress carries the conical tiara and the diadem of Vishnu, the other half is styled with the ascetic bun.
